For many years, certified physicist Ralf Schniersmeier has known distribution and the different market demands from various industries.

After graduating in physics at the University of Technology in Dortmund (TU Dortmund) and at the Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETH Zürich), he started his distribution carrier as a trainee at the packaging corporation Schmalbach-Lubeca AG. During this period, he finished the postgraduate studies in laser technology at the Friedrich Schiller University Jena and completed his commercial training as a COO successfully.

Afterwards, he enlarged his distribution career in the field of technology from the stages of international distribution of laser systems, power supplies as a component for coating installations and metrology systems to semiconductor technology, materials science, biotechnology, chemistry and engineering.
